Accessibility Statement
Last Updated on August 18th, 2026
Dovly AI is committed to making our website and services accessible to everyone, including people with disabilities. We believe everyone should be able to take control of their credit, and that starts with being able to use our site.
Our commitment
For this website (www.dovly.com), we aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA. These guidelines explain how to make web content more accessible for people with a wide range of disabilities, including visual, auditory, physical, speech, cognitive, and neurological disabilities.
Measures we take
- Semantic HTML and ARIA landmarks so screen readers can navigate our pages.
- Full keyboard navigation, with a skip-to-content link and visible focus indicators on interactive elements.
- Support for the reduced-motion preference: animations are disabled or simplified when your device requests it.
- Color-contrast targets for text and interface elements, and information that is never conveyed by color alone.
- Text alternatives for meaningful images and labels on all form fields.
- Touch targets sized for comfortable use on mobile devices.
- Accessibility review as part of our development and QA process.
Ongoing effort
Accessibility is an ongoing effort, not a one-time project. We regularly review the site as we build new features, and we work to fix issues we find. Despite our efforts, some parts of the site may not yet be fully accessible; we are actively working to improve them.
Known limitations
As of August 2026, we are aware of the following limitations and are evaluating or tracking fixes:
- Some primary buttons use white text on our brand green, which does not meet the WCAG contrast ratio for normal-size text. Button labels are large and bold, and the same actions are reachable through other, higher-contrast paths.
- Our "page not found" page requires JavaScript to display its content, due to an issue in the framework the site is built on. We are tracking the upstream fix.
If any of these affect you, please contact us using the details below and we will assist you directly.
