- AI Chat Data Retention and Deletion Requests. Your identifiable chat history is maintained to power your personalized experience. You may submit a request to delete your non-anonymous personal chat memory by contacting us at privacy@dovly.com. Upon receiving a verified request, we will delete or de-identify this data, subject to our internal records retention policies, regulatory compliance obligations, or legal requirements which may require us to retain certain transaction and communication logs for a specified period after account closure or request. Because data used for global model training is strictly de-identified and permanently separated from your identity before use, it cannot be linked to your account or traced back to you. Therefore, anonymized data utilized in our general AI models is not subject to deletion requests.

- Targeted Advertising. If you do not want us to use information that we collect or that you provide to us to deliver advertisements to you or to other consumers according to our advertisers' target-audience preferences, you can opt-out by unenrolling from our services.
Data sharing with third parties is essential to our business model, allowing us to offer services at competitive prices or even at no cost. By leveraging user data, we can better target our advertising, reducing marketing costs and enabling us to provide more affordable services to you. This practice also allows us to present you with more relevant offers for related products and services that may be of interest to you, potentially saving you money or providing access to valuable financial tools.
Notwithstanding the foregoing, therefore, in order for you to enroll in our services, we require your permission to share your information with third parties, either directly or through automatic data collection technologies, in order to leverage and optimize the advertising platforms of such third parties, to support identification of target audiences and other legitimate business purposes.
If you do not want us to share your information in this manner, you can opt-out by declining enrollment in our services or by cancelling your subscription in accordance with our service agreement.
We do not control third parties' collection or use of your information to serve interest-based advertising. However these third parties may provide you with ways to choose not to have your information collected or used in this way. You can opt out of receiving targeted ads from members of the Network Advertising Initiative ("NAI") on the NAI's website.
