The Sweepstakes takes place beginning on Tuesday, January 28th, 2025, at 10 AM MST and ending on Tuesday, February 4th, 2025, at 12 PM MST. No further entries will be considered once this deadline has passed.
How to Enter: Eligible Entrants (“Entrants”) must:
This Sweepstakes is open to US residents, aged 18 years or over, who are users of the Dovly AI app; except for employees of Dovly AI and their close relatives (parent, child, sibling or spouse of any of the foregoing) and anyone otherwise connected with the organization or judging of the competition.
The Prize (“Prize”) is $250.
Each entrant will only be entered once to win.
Notification
The winner will be notified via direct message from Dovly AI’s (@dovly) Instagram account by 12 PM MST on February 5th, 2025. If the winner(s) cannot be contacted within 24 hours of notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner.
Payment
The winner will receive a $250 lump sum payment. This payment will be transferred to the Winner within 7 days of confirmation from the selected winner.
Miscellaneous:
Limit to one (1) entry: Each entrant will only be entered once to win.
Winners are selected at random by software, from all entries received and verified by Dovly AI and or its agents.
Dovly AI accepts no responsibility for entries not received, nor for incomplete entries. Dovly AI is not responsible for inaccurate prize details supplied to any Entrant by any third party connected with this Sweepstakes.
Dovly AI reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition without notice.
Dovly AI’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the competition will be final and no correspondence will be entered into regarding such decision(s).
The Prize(s) are as stated and no cash or other alternatives will be offered. Prize(s) are not transferable. Prize(s) is subject to availability and we reserve the right to substitute any Prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice.
Except as specifically provided herein, all applicable taxes and usage charges on Prizes are the sole responsibility of the winner.

Entrants agree that (1) any and all disputes and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Sweepstakes, or any prizes awarded, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by final and binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA) and held at the AAA regional office nearest the Entrant’s residence; (2) the Federal Arbitration Act shall govern the interpretation, enforcement and all proceedings at such arbitration; and (3) judgment upon such arbitration award may be entered in any court having jurisdiction. Under no circumstances will Entrant be permitted to obtain awards for, and Entrant hereby waives all rights to claim, punitive, incidental or consequential damages, or any other damages, including attorneys’ fees, other than Entrant’s actual out-of-pocket expenses (i.e., costs associated with entering this Sweepstakes), and Entrant further waives all rights to have damages multiplied or increased.
No entry may contain any offensive or vulgar content or depict any pornographic or illegal act. Any entry containing inappropriate content, as determined by Dovly AI in its sole and absolute discretion, will be considered ineligible and will not be part of the Sweepstakes. By submitting an Entry, each Entrant agrees his or her Entry complies with these Official Rules. Each Entrant also agrees that Dovly AI may disqualify the Entrant from the Sweepstakes if Dovly AI believes, in its sole and absolute discretion, that an Entry fails to comply with these Official Rules. If Dovly AI rejects any entry, such Entry will be disqualified and will not be considered a valid entry.
By participating in this Sweepstakes, each Entrant agrees to release and hold Dovly AI and its respective parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, officers, directors, representatives, agents and employees, from any and all liability whatsoever for any injuries, losses or damages of any kind arising from or in connection with, either directly or indirectly from: 1) the awarding, acceptance, receipt, possession, use and/or misuse of any prize awarded herein; or 2) participation in the Sweepstakes or any prize related activities.
