You live and breathe performance creative and know how to turn insights into ads that convert. You can zoom out to own creative strategy and zoom in to manage briefs, feedback, and execution. You’ve led designers and editors before, know what wins on Meta, and can build a repeatable creative engine that scales. If Dovly AI’s ads are sharper, faster, and performing better—you’re doing your job.
Dovly AI is seeking a Creative Strategist to lead paid social creative strategy and UGC development across platforms such as Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and TikTok. This role is focused on performance-driven creative—developing concepts, messaging, and testing strategies that drive measurable growth through paid media.
You will own the end-to-end paid creative strategy for acquisition campaigns, from concept through testing and iteration, creating ads that stop the scroll and drive measurable results. Bridging storytelling, performance strategy, and analytics, you’ll develop and scale winning creative angles, messaging, and briefs across formats and platforms, working closely with growth, marketing, and creator partners while leveraging AI tools and performance data to guide experimentation and learning.
In addition to paid media creative, this role also supports organic social content for TikTok and Instagram to ensure alignment between paid and organic messaging and a consistent brand presence. The ideal candidate is creative, performance-minded, and comfortable being in front of the camera when needed.
Responsibilities:
Paid Media Creative Strategy (Primary Focus):
- Own creative strategy for paid social campaigns across Meta, TikTok, and other performance channels.
- Develop and test creative concepts, messaging angles, hooks, and formats designed to drive user acquisition and performance.
- Define creative testing roadmaps and hypotheses in partnership with growth and marketing teams.
- Analyze performance data to identify winning creatives, patterns, and opportunities for iteration and scale.
- Translate performance insights into clear creative direction and next steps.
- Use AI tools to support creative ideation, testing, or performance analysis.
Creator & UGC Management:
- Identify, onboard, and manage content creators producing videos about Dovly.
- Develop detailed creative briefs for creators, outlining objectives, messaging, formats, and testing goals.
- Provide strategic feedback to creators based on performance results.
- Source, evaluate, and repurpose creator content for paid and organic use.
Organic Social Media (Secondary Focus):
- Use organic TikTok and Instagram as testing and amplification channels for paid media, informing ad creative and extending top-performing paid concepts into organic.
- Repurpose organic content for paid ads and adapt paid creative for organic distribution to maximize learnings and efficiency.
- Collaborate on trend-based, brand-forward, and creator-led content that supports paid performance goals.
- Ensure consistency in messaging and positioning across paid and organic channels.
Performance & Optimization:
- Monitor creative performance across paid and organic channels.
- Use insights to inform creative strategy, messaging evolution, and future testing.
- Stay informed on paid social trends, platform changes, and competitor creative strategies.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in creative strategy or paid social creative roles supporting performance marketing efforts for a growth-focused brand (e.g., DTC, mobile apps, or subscription-based products).
- Experience working on paid media campaigns for companies actively spending on online advertising (e.g., budgets exceeding $500,000/mo).
- Proven experience developing creative strategy for paid social advertising, particularly on Meta and TikTok.
- Strong understanding of short-form video performance drivers, including hooks, messaging, pacing, and formats.
- Experience working with and briefing UGC or content creators.
- Comfort and confidence appearing on camera when needed.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret performance data and translate insights into creative direction.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Highly organized and comfortable operating in a fast-paced, iterative environment.
Bonus Points:
- Experience in fintech, finance, or other regulated industries.
- Ability to design social media and ad creative using Canva.

Salary: $54,000 – $110,000 per year.
