Money Back Guarantee Policy

While Dovly’s platform is designed to remove questionable information from your credit report, every case is different and we may not always achieve the results you are seeking.  For this reason, you are protected with Dovly’s Money Back Guarantee.  Subject to the terms and conditions set forth below, the Money Back Guarantee entitles you to a full refund of your membership fees if we cannot remove at least one disputed item from one of your credit reports within the first 90 of yourmembership.

To be eligible for the Money Back Guarantee, you must have:

- enrolled in Dovly for the first time after August 1, 2021;
- paid your membership fees in full for three consecutive months;
- selected one or more credit report items to dispute within seven days of your enrollment in Dovly; and requested your refund no more than 30 days after your 90th day of active membership by emailing support@dovly.com.
