Money Back Guarantee Policy

While Dovly’s platform is designed to remove questionable information from your credit report, every case is different, and we may not always achieve the results you are seeking.  For this reason, you are protected with Dovly’s Money Back Guarantee when you enroll in Dovly Essential or Dovly Premium service plans.  Subject to the terms and conditions set forth below, the Money Back Guarantee entitles you to a full refund of your membership fees if we cannot remove at least one disputed item from one of your credit reports by the time you have completed the first 90 days of membership in Essential or Premium.

To be eligible for the Money Back Guarantee, you must have:
- enrolled in Dovly Essential or Dovly Premium;
- paid membership fees in full for three consecutive months of Essential or Premium;
- selected one or more credit report items to dispute within seven days of your enrollment in Dovly;
- logged in to Dovly at least once after your 90th day of membership in Essential or Premium to verify the status of your disputed item(s); and
- requested your refund no more than 120 days after the date of your initial enrollment in Essential or Premium by emailing support@dovly.com
