We are seeking a hardworking, detail oriented, and friendly Member Success Specialist for our growing team. The Member Success Specialist must have strong communication skills and passion for helping members. At least one year experience in a related field is preferred. Prior knowledge of Zendesk or other CRM experience is preferred! The Member Success Specialist position is a mixed office/remote so please only apply if you are based in the Phoenix area. Because Dovly is growing and evolving, your responsibilities will constantly evolve, and your role will grow with the business. Must be available to work hours on the weekend (remote/home based)

About You:

You are a self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is motivated to build cross functional skills in a dynamic company.  You have experience in Customer Success, Sales Operations, or Customer Support and love using that to solve problems.  You can wear many hats (as a matter of fact you enjoy it!), and you are comfortable working collaboratively and autonomously on new challenges as the company grows.


Your Main Responsibilities:

  • Directly provide exceptional service to members over the phone, email, and chat
  • Direct outreach to members to provide information and offer new products
  • Identify member challenges and work with internal team to resolve them
  • Collaborate cross functionally with other teams
  • Prioritize and funnel member feedback to optimize the user experience
  • Required Skills/Experience
  • 1+ years’ experience in Customer Success, Sales Operations, or Customer Support
  • A collaborative, agile, resourceful, consistently engaged, and a roll-up-the-sleeves
  • An "I can do it" attitude!!
  • Interpersonal strengths, including patience, flexibility, consideration, diplomacy, tact, empathy, and confidence
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Must be available to work hours on the weekend (remote/home based)
  • Prior experience with Zendesk strongly preferred
