Sr. Marketing Manager

Dovly’s Sr. Marketing Manager will develop content and marketing initiatives that generate new leads, nurture prospects, and drive the growth of Dovly, both as a product and a business.

Full Time (Remote / Phoenix Office)

Reporting directly to a Director of Marketing, Dovly’s Sr. Marketing Manager will develop content and marketing initiatives that generate new leads, nurture prospects, and drive the growth of Dovly, both as a product and a business. This individual will partner closely with Business Development & Product to turn ideas into reality and consistently gather feedback on the impact of our initiatives. As a key member of a growing startup team, we’re looking for someone with exceptional communication and project management skills who can balance long-term marketing goals with day-to-day execution.



  • Create and manage the development of multi-channel marketing initiatives and help with marketing strategy
  • Hands-on design of all marketing creative assets, including emails, banner ads, social media assets, landing pages and infographics on an as-needed basis
  • Develop and implement content and help with campaign strategy to drive traffic, engagement, and sales, as well as increase brand awareness and further Dovly’s mission
  • Help reshape Dovly’s email marketing strategy; write emails and develop nurture flows to drive user engagement and acquisition
  • Design and execute lead generation programs aimed at increasing sign ups
  • Collaborate with Business Development to develop and design appropriate sales collateral inclusive of landing pages, presentations, and one pagers
  • Maintain a pulse on current market trends, research, and user behaviors as it relates to credit repair 

Our Ideal Candidate

  • 3+ years prior marketing work experience preferably in the B2C space
  • Proficient in marketing automation, demand generation, email marketing, lead nurturing, and campaign execution working with HubSpot, Klaviyo, or similar tools
  • Excellent copywriting and editorial skills
  • Design experience is required with basic knowledge of Adobe Illustrator, PowerPoint, Google Slides or Canva
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment, preferably at a startup
  • Experience working in the fintech or credit repair industry a plus
